Price of this new maruti swift is not known yet. But Most of the showroom has stop taking the new demand for Old Swift.
It is reported that New Maruti Suzuki Swift 2011 will be ready for launch in October.

BMW AG's India unit unveiled its new compact X1 SUV . This is BMW India's second expansion in the country – Asia's third-largest automobile market – in the last three months.

The Thar has been selling in the South African markets, since the past two years, for Rs 9.5-10 lakh. "It is the need for a retro-styled product that has forced M&M to launch the product in Indian markets".

Nissan has launched a New GTR model car in North America. The car’s 3.8-liter twin turbo V6 now produces 530 horsepower, which is 45 hp more than before.
The 2012 Nissan GT-R's advanced VR38DETT 3.8-liter twin turbo V6 now produces 530 horsepower (versus the previous 485 horsepower) and 488 lb-ft of torque (versus the previous 434 lb-ft) – a result of modifying the boost pressure of the turbocharger, valve timing and air mixture ratio, and through reducing intake air resistance by enlarging the inlet pipe diameter.
In addition, exhaust air resistance was reduced through use of an enlarged section of exhaust pipe.
Other new things on the 2012 Nissan GT-R include lighter weight and more rigid forged aluminum 20-inch wheels, new carbon fiber trim and upgraded materials, six exterior colors are available, including two new colors: Deep Blue Pearl and Jet Black. The model will be a completely built unit directly imported from Italy. Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport is one of the costliest cars in the world and is ready to be owned by Indian millionaires soon. The model is expected to be launched on 28 October 2010.

Maruti Suzuki has announced the launch of a limited edition of Swift. In order to celebrate the event of selling one million Maruti Swift in India amongst their customers, the launch of “Swift One Million Edition” was announced earlier today.
The special edition car will have features like splendid graphics, stereo integrated with speakers and USB, leather seats, luxurious foot-mats and a touch of artisticity on the exterior decals.
Maruti Suzuki India, Managing Exe Officer of Marketing and Sales, Mr Mayank Pareek said, “It is indeed a moment of pride for us. Swift One Million Edition is our gesture to show gratitude to our customers who have strongly supported us in our journey to reach milestone of one million sales in one year.”
The “Swift One Million Edition” car will be available with a price tag of Rs 4,83,079 (Ex-Showroom, New Delhi).
US auto giant Ford Motor said on Thursday it would storm the fast-growing Indian market with eight new models and turn the nation into an export hub for its popular locally made Figo hatchback.
Ford, which has invested one billion dollars in the country in the past decade, is seeking to overtake global rivals in penetrating the Indian market where car sales have been hitting record highs as the economy recovers.

Auto major, Hyundai Motor India, on Thursday said that it would be increasing the prices of its products by up to 1.2 per cent across all models, from September 1. This price rise includes all models of Hyundai i.e. i20,i10 etc

Toyota spokesman John Hanson said four of 32 engine control modules obtained from cars in service and four malfunctioned during tests that subjected them to extreme heat and cold, prompting the decision to replace the components.
The recall covers 1.13 million vehicles in the United States and 200,300 in Canada, Toyota said. Toyota Canada said it had no reports of accidents or injuries.
